I don't see them and I would like to know before doing an application ^^
Hello! If you’re still interested in the group, the only rule is that the lions/big cats in question must be naturally colored!

I took note of the "outsiders" mentioned in the tribal descriptions, are these Outsiders able to be applied for, or are they meant to be NPCs?

They are able to be applied for, yes!
Unfortunately, there's not really a set application for outsider/rogue lions yet.
